Short reflections
Situation, feeling, reaction, open note. A few minutes is enough, even when the boundary was messy.
iOS practice app
No! is a small space on your phone to write down moments when you needed a boundary. You note what happened, how it felt, and what you did. Over a week you start to see patterns.
Not therapy. Entries stay on your device.
You can refuse a request without writing a legal brief about it.
How it works
Open the app when something sticks. Answer a few prompts. Close it. That is the whole loop.
Name the situation in plain words. A request, a meeting, a family chat. Keep it short.
Mark how you felt before and after. Note whether you said no, a partial no, or nothing yet.
Each week the app shows counts from your own entries. You see which moments come back.
On your phone
Reflections stay in local storage on your phone. There is no login and no server that holds your journal. You unlock the app with a one-time App Store purchase.
In the app
One purchase unlocks the practice loop: notes, prompts, weekly counts, and optional on-device AI reports.
Situation, feeling, reaction, open note. A few minutes is enough, even when the boundary was messy.
Short notes on guilt, I-messages, and inner pressure. Reading material, not a diagnosis.
Counts from your entries: clear nos, partial nos, and times you did not get there yet.
Optional written summary of your week, generated on the phone from your own entries. No cloud model.
Your reflections stay on the phone. The app does not upload them.
On-device AI
When you ask for a report, the app reads your week of entries and writes a short summary on the device. The text is meant to surface patterns and wording from your own notes, not to diagnose you.
Scope
Use it for work requests, family plans, and friendship friction. The app does not diagnose, staff a hotline, or coach you into a new identity. It holds your situations so you can look at them later.
